From standard aluminum and stainless steel jacketing to complex custom fittings — we deliver solutions that fit right the first time, reducing field labor and project costs.
Advanced CNC cutting and design applications minimize material waste and on-site fabrication time. One hour of laser production equals 50 man-hours in the field.
Industrial cladding systems, aluminum and stainless steel jacketing, pipe insulation covers, vessel and tank jacketing, and insulation fittings manufactured with precision CNC technology for superior fit and durability in industrial environments.
Custom Fabrication
Made-to-order pipe insulation covers, custom fittings, insulation and cladding support systems, and specialty fabrication for complex projects. Built to spec by people who understand field installation challenges.
Technical Consulting
Project planning, estimation, and design support from experienced professionals. Decades of hands-on field experience combined with project management expertise.
Proudly Serving Western Canada's Oil & Gas, Pipeline, and Industrial Markets
S3 Technical was founded by tradespeople who saw a clear gap in the insulation industry: a need for industrial insulation solutions including metal fittings, cladding systems, and jacketing built not just with precision, but with real-world experience in mind.
With decades of hands-on fieldwork, project estimation, and management behind them, our founders brought together deep technical knowledge and a practical understanding of what works on site. Driven by a desire to do things better, we leverage advanced technology, innovative fabrication techniques, and modern manufacturing processes to reduce material waste, free up valuable skilled labor, and boost overall project efficiency.
Our flat-pack fitting products create on-site labor savings, minimize waste and planning requirements, require a smaller footprint for storage, and ensure consistency across every application.
Why Choose Off-Site Fabrication with S3 Technical?
1
Reduced Manpower Requirements One hour of laser production equals 50 man-hours of field fabrication. Free your skilled tradespeople for installation work, not cutting and forming.
2
Accuracy and RepeatabilityCNC precision eliminates failed attempts and re-tries, saving time and materials. Every piece is manufactured to exact specifications with consistent quality.
3
Improved Job Site Organization Minimize bulk material needs on-site. Our flat-pack and pre-fabricated products reduce clutter, improve safety, and streamline logistics.
4
Cost SavingsBenefit from reduced raw material costs through direct purchasing and efficient manufacturing. Lower labor costs, less waste, and faster project completion.
5
Time and Energy EfficiencyDecrease on-site equipment maintenance, reduce worker fatigue, and speed up project timelines. Products arrive ready to install.
Supplied as pre-assembled fractional sections that simplify the installation of vessel insulation and cladding systems.
By grouping individual head segments into larger fabricated assemblies, the number of separate pieces requiring installation in the field is significantly reduced. This approach streamlines the installation process while providing a consistent fit between adjoining sections. Each EVO™ head peel is roll-formed and pressed into the assembly using an alternating lock configuration, impregnated with elastomeric sealant which creates a watertight seam with geometric water shed qualities.
